Terms and Conditions

1. Cancellations: The Centre reserves the right to cancel a previously confirmed session, for any reasons beyond its control. However, the Centre undertakes to run a session the week immediately following a cancellation.
2. Fees: An administration fee of £15 will be levied for re-arranged dates and a £30 fee applied against the refund of a cancelled booking. Any such changes must be notified to us by E-MAIL at least 72 hours before the start of a session. Changes outside the 72 hours’ notice will incur a fee of £30 and a “no show” will entail forfeiture of all the admin fees paid.
3. Additional Requirements: It is the candidate’s responsibility to notify the Centre at the time of booking if he/she requires any special adjustments and/or requirements. Where special adjustments apply, the candidate will have to apply to AAT directly or through his/her Training Provider and email us a copy of AAT’s approval confirming such and the percentage extra time being granted.
4. Rules The candidate undertakes to abide by the Centre’s rules and the AAT’s examinations rules that are available on AAT’s web site.
5. Methods of Payment: We currently only accept payment by transfer to our bank account. You can do so, using your online banking facility.
